David Corlu has spent eight years in Toronto real estate, working with buyers and sellers across the GTA through Right at Home Realty.

He works in English, Mandarin and Turkish. For most people a home is the largest financial decision they will ever make, and it is easier to make it well in the language you think in.

Before real estate, David built a career across several different fields. That shows up in how he works. He asks a lot of questions before he gives an answer, and he would rather tell a client to walk away from a property than close a sale that is wrong for them.
