Privacy notice

Who is responsible

David Corlu of Right at Home Realty is responsible for the personal information you share through this website.

Who provides this website

evim.ca provides this website and stores the messages you send on David's behalf.

What the forms collect

When you send a message, the form collects your name, your email address, your phone number if you add it, your answers to the questions on the form and your message. To stop spam, a security check from Cloudflare runs on the form, and a scrambled form of your IP address is kept with your message. Page views are counted without cookies and without storing your IP address.

How your information is used

Your information is used only to respond to you and to provide real estate services. It is not sold.

Where it is stored

Your information is stored in Canada. Service providers in the United States process it to host this website and to deliver email.

How long it is kept

Messages are kept for up to 24 months after the last contact, unless David deletes them sooner.

Access, correction and deletion

To ask for access to your information, a correction or its deletion, contact David at thekey4ucanada@gmail.com, or evim.ca at privacy@evim.ca.

Effective July 31, 2026.
